What Are The Main Components Of Sensor Hands-free Sensor Tap?

What are the main components of sensor hands-free Sensor Tap?
Touchless sensor faucets combine four major components, including solenoid valve, infrared sensor, power supply and faucet body.

Description Smart Tap

1) Solenoid valve
It is the most important part to change electrical vitality in motion, the solenoid starts and physically stops the flow of water. Sensor taps use "latching" solenoid valves. The solenoid valve is initially authorized to start the water flow, the plunger is struck against the scope of a perpetual magnet which thus holds the plunger in the "open" position. Keeping in mind the end goal of restoring the plunger to its unique "closed" position, the solenoid is gradually "slapped", but this time by flipping the extremity.

2) Infrared sensor component
When the sensor detects the objects in front of the faucet and sends a signal to the solenoid valve to start the water flow. When the protest is no longer present, the infrared unit sends an electronic signal (invisible to human eye) to the solenoid valve again after setting time to normally terminate the water flow.

3) Power supply
Most of our sensor models can be controlled by 2x CR123 (3V lithium battery) = 6V batteries or by the main water supply. Batteries and plug incorporated in the vast majority of our items. We also can supply different standard to suits your market needs.

4) Solid taps body
Tap body provides the water stream, it's the crucial part of water quality, such as material brass contains lead which will contaminate water and human body after used for a while. However SUS 304 quality is 100% green food grade material, no rust inside for lifetime use. Autotap sets places important role for public healthy and higiene, reduce the spread of bacteria from surface to surface. With no-touch operation, make it also suffer less from wear and tear.
