Faucet electroplating process: First, ultrasonic wax removal, cathodic electrolytic degreasing. Electrolytic degreasing, activation, coarsening, recovery, neutralization, surface conditioning, presoaking, sensitization, acceleration, positive electrolysis, negative electrolysis, water washing, neutralization, acid copper, activation, cleaning, nickel plating, recovery, Cleaning, chrome plating, etc. Copper plating can make the electroplating layer obtain a finer structure, and the tiny defects, small pinholes and small pores on the surface of the faucet can be covered up to achieve a satisfactory effect. The role of nickel plating makes the surface of the faucet more resistant to corrosion and can be highly polished. Chromium plating prevents corrosion and keeps it bright, improves surface hardness and improves wear resistance. The quality of the electroplating surface treatment is judged by the 24-hour acetic acid salt spray test (the test equipment is a salt spray test machine) and the coating thickness gauge can be used to identify the thickness of various metal coatings. Generally speaking, the thickness of the coating is up to the standard, and the salt spray test can pass.

Faucet assembly process: first equip various assembly tools and parts, and start to connect, including detachable connections such as valve cores, net spouts, etc., and non-detachable connections such as joints and water inlet feet. Install the spool (ceramic core) and use a torque wrench to pin the gland tightly or use a socket torque wrench to lock the ceramic core. Install the water foot or water level and the hexagon nut and lock it with a 10mm hexagon wrench (the sealing "O" ring is pre-installed on the water inlet foot and the water level). The bathtub faucet is equipped with a diverter switch.

The next step is to clamp the faucet on the test bench according to the state of use, open the water inlet valves on the left and right sides respectively, open the valve core, rinse the inner cavity of the faucet in advance, then close the valve core, install the net nozzle rubber pad and the net nozzle, and use a wrench and other tools to lighten the faucet. Tighten lightly, no water seepage is enough, do not tighten too hard to avoid damage to parts. The next step is to carry out the pressure test, and check that there is no leakage on each sealing surface to be a qualified product. The qualified product is transferred to the assembly line to install the pressure cap, handle, hot and cold water marks, install the accessories, and wipe the packaging.

Ex-factory sampling inspection of faucets: After the finished products of faucets are put into the warehouse, the finished product personnel will conduct sampling inspections. The items include: casting surface, thread surface, appearance quality, assembly, marking, spool sealing test, faucet sealing performance test and other items. Implement the sampling plan and judgment principles.
